Chris is passionate about turning insight into action. Prior to founding Octaris, Chris served for over two decades in the U.S. Defense & Intelligence Communities, where he supported Joint, Allied, and Coalition Special Operations Forces around the globe. His private sector experiences in tech, consulting, and venture capital inform Octaris’ approach to our critical mission – to deliver easy access to advanced analysis for our nation’s most discerning & critical decision makers.

Julie has eighteen years of experience leading global collection programs and complex national security projects for the U.S. Government. Julie is passionate about customer success and has a proven track record of designing projects and products that answer tomorrow's question today.
